| The village of Aragon is located on a rocky peak at the heart of the Cabardès vineyard, just a few minutes from the town of Carcassonne. Uninterrupted views of the whole region can be enjoyed from the top of the village. If you have energy to burn after your lunch at La Bergerie, you can explore one of the region's largest natural sites on foot or mountain bike. If you are hungry for heritage and history, the region is full of gems, including the parish church, seigniorial pigeon house, dry stone huts, a museum of old vineyard tools and, of course, the fortified town of Carcassonne.
